Welcome to www.tonyastreasures.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Tonya’s Treasures Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

www.tonyastreasures.com is an ecommerce shopping site that allows customers to browse products, learn about offerings, and make purchases online.

Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policies carefully.
Personalized Items
All personalized or custom items (including monogrammed products) are final sale and non-returnable.
If an item is flawed due to an error on our part, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
Non-Personalized Items
Merchandise must be received within 7 days of delivery to qualify for return. Eligible returns will be issued as an online store credit.
All sale, clearance, discounted items, accessories, jewelry, intimates, scarves, hats, gift cards, and items purchased with a coupon code are final sale.
Free Gifts
If a return causes the order total to fall below the qualifying threshold, the free gift must be returned or its retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged merchandise.
