Personalized Items Return Policy
All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.
If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Non-Personalized Items Return Policy
If our returns department receives the merchandise within 7 days of delivery, an online gift card code will be issued.
All items purchased on Sale, on Clearance, or at a discount are NON-RETURNABLE. Accessories, Jewelry, Intimates, Scarves, Hats, Gifts Cards and Regular Price Items purchased with a coupon code are final sale and non-returnable.
Free Shipping/Gift Policy
If your order qualified for a free gift or shipping with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned and your shipping charge (that was free to you) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
If merchandise is still available at the time of the return we will gladly exchange this item for you. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged merchandise.
Clothing Returns
Clothing that has been worn, damaged or stained in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Jewelry
No returns or exchanges on jewelry.
