REGULAR MERCHANDISE + RETURNS
- Regular merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase in exchange for a gift card of equal value. We do not offer refunds on any products.
- Products must come with original packaging, with tags, and show no signs of wear in order to be eligible for an exchange.
- All sale, clearance, and discounted items are NON-REFUNDABLE and not eligible for exchanges.
- Accessories, jewelry, intimates, scarves, hats, and gift cards are final sale and NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Clothing that has been worn, damaged or stained in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Clothing returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase in exchange for a gift card of equal value. We do not offer refunds on any products.
SHIPPING
- All in stock merchandise is shipped out within 2-4 business days of receipt of orders (not including weekends or holidays). During holiday and peak season, this time frame may vary depending on volume.
- Any merchandise that is preordered will be shipped same day as product arrival or completion.
- Personalized items and items requiring digitized logos require extra time for shipping and production. These products may take an extra 72 hours, not including weekends and holidays, to produce before shipping.
- All merchandise is shipped USPS unless UPS or FedEx is requested.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $200. Our standard shipping cost is $10, but can vary by size and weight of items ordered.
- If your items are not in stock at time of purchase (back ordered), we will contact you with an estimated arrival and shipping time frame.
- We cannot guarantee arrival dates on expedited shipping.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS RETURNS
- All customized product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.Use text to focus on your chosen product, collection, or blog post.
EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
- If merchandise is still available at the time of the return we will gladly exchange this item for you within 7 days of arrival. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged merchandise.
