All in stock merchandise is shipped out within 72 hours of receipt of orders (not including weekends or holidays). During holiday and peak season, this time frame may vary depending on volume.
Any merchandise that is preordered will be shipped same day as product arrival or completion.
Personalized items and items requiring digitized logos require extra time for shipping and production. These products may take an extra 72 hours, not including weekends and holidays, to produce before shipping.
All merchandise is shipped USPS unless UPS or FedEx is requested.
We offer free shipping on orders over $200. Our standard shipping cost is $10, but can vary by size and weight of items ordered.
If your items are not in stock at time of purchase (back ordered), we will contact you with an estimated arrival and shipping time frame.
We cannot guareentee arrival dates on expedited shipping.
All customized product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

If your online order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
