Returns
No returns on any personalized items. All other items may be returned within 14 days of the shipping date to return for credit. You will be credited for merchandise only, not for shipping. You have 5-business days from the ship date to report any damaged merchandise. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all nondamaged returns.
Shipping
Most items take from 1-2 days to prepare for shipping, including unmonogrammed jewelry. Monogrammed jewelry takes approximately 2-3 days to ship. Monogrammed purses, totes, bags, and shoes can take up to 14 days to prepare for shipping.
Please factor in this preparation time in your shipping decision. Overnight, 2- and 3-day shipping does not mean you will receive the item within that number of days from placing your order. Once the order is processed (within 24 hours), monogramming and special order items require from three days to two weeks to complete. At that time we will ship the item per your shipping choice.
